Only active technicians. Office staff, administrators and company accounts are free, and invited people do not count until they accept.
Does SpendVital take money from technicians?
No. Reviewers decide what is reimbursed and record a reason. SpendVital never moves money or creates payroll deductions on its own.
How do we pay?
Choose a plan from the app or the website. Payment opens a secure Stripe checkout page, and you can change plans or cancel any time.
Can other companies see our receipts?
No. Every company's data is kept separate. SpendVital staff only access your account with your permission, for support.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
